The story started with our certified Buyer’s Agent, John Morrison, meeting Ines Dibon, our certified Mortgage Broker, in Hobart, Tasmania in 2016. Since then, they have continuously invested in property and built a property portfolio across Australia (NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS).
Based on their successful property journey, they have decided to expand from their Construction and Healthcare Data Analytics careers to help people understand and navigate the process of buying property. Investing in property early has enabled them to gain some level of freedom and they believe in the importance of taking action.
Both first-generation immigrants to Australia, from the UK and France, they have designed their services to be accessible to all, empowering clients to make choices that are right for them.

Passionate about Science from a young age as a way to understand the world, Ines studied Pharmacy and specialised in Computer Science. In 2015, she discovered the world of Mortgage Broking through property investing.
With a strong scientific and analytical background, she understood the power potential of investing. After building her family portfolio, she now dedicates her time to Mortgage Broking. Ines is a strong advocate of education and provides her clients with the information they need to become empowered when the time comes to buy property.
John Morrison

From a construction background, John has an insightful knowledge when it comes to assessing property. Since 2012, he has grown his network, experience, and a portfolio in Australia.
With a good understanding of market indicators, he can assess the potential of a purchase when it comes to demographics and value-added construction. By giving his clients the full picture, he helps them to take a holistic approach to their investment decisions.
Johns’ main strategy is to find under-utilised assets in good locations using the four factors of value creation, scarcity, desirability, utility and purchasing power.
